2. Entertainment Services (DJ & Event Bookings)
Deposits
- All deposits for DJ and entertainment services are non‑refundable, regardless of reason.
- Deposits secure your event date and time and cannot be transferred to another date unless approved by Ice Kold City.
Cancellations by Client
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:
No refund of deposit. Any additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event:
Client may be responsible for up to the full remaining balance.
Cancellations by Ice Kold City
If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits.
- We may also offer to reschedule or provide a replacement DJ when possible.
